Richard Gollis has served on Jamboree’s advisory board since 2014. He is a cofounder and principal of The Concord Group, which provides real estate advisory services to leading U.S. and international developers, homebuilders, institutional and entrepreneurial capital, investment and commercial banks and public agencies. The firm is known for its thought leadership and guiding its clients through the challenging conditions of today’s real estate industry, while preparing them to capitalize on the changing market dynamics of the future.
Under Richard’s leadership, The Concord Group creates strategic solutions that have inspired cities to revitalize economically distressed areas, developers to profitably build affordable and senior housing units, and financial institutions to invest in “green” construction that treads lightly on the environment. As a founding partner, Richard has crafted and cultivated the firm’s unique approach over the past 20 years, integrating deep market knowledge with creative analytics.
An industry thought and community leader, Richard is active with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is a trustee, governor of the ULI Foundation, past chair of the Community Development Council and chair of the Orange County/Inland Empire District Council. He is currently co-chair of the advisory board of the Department of Policy, Planning and Design at the University of California, Irvine. A native of Boston, Richard has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brown University.
