Together with Preservation Partners Development, an extensive renovation commenced that included landscaping, new interiors and updated roofing and siding. Green spaces and shade trees create inviting outdoor spaces, even as the updated interiors allow residents to feel at home. A carport and gated entry increase security for residents.

Jamboree has partnered with Preservation Partners Development since 2000 to acquire, rehabilitate and permanently preserve “at-risk” affordable housing communities. In addition to Corona Park, this joint venture has led to the development of nine other family communities that provide long-term, secure housing with onsite resident services. As a longstanding, trusted collaborator with Jamboree, Preservation Partners Development provides onsite property management services at Corona Park, as well as the other properties.
