Camden Place was built by Jamboree as an entirely new, affordable community for senior adults in La Palma. Camden Place is an example of an innovative, successful partnership. Combining land donated by the City of La Palma, a grant from the Orange County, as well as tax credits and tax-exempt financing, Jamboree co-developed this senior community focusing on cheerful landscaping and inviting modern architecture. Construction was completed in 1997, and the buildings integrate seamlessly in a beautiful residential area of La Palma.
A community center encourages socializing and activities. Each apartment has its own patio/balcony to encourage enjoyment of the mild climate and sunshine. Amenities include an onsite laundry facility.
Camden Place is a short drive from the nearby Cerritos Regional County Park – with a pool, fishing and an athletic center – and a medical center, dining and shopping are also nearby. The location has easy access to I-605.
Jamboree remains committed to long-term affordability to this well-maintained location and partners closely with local government, investors and property management to ensure seamless quality for residents.
